Membership is up 25% in the last 3 years; Worship attendance is up 30% in the last two years; Religious Exploration participation tripled in the last year alone (30-40 kids each week); and More! (6 teen service events; 14 Caring Companions, 30 Partakers Mentors, 30 choir members, 75 Small Group members…)
To support this growth, stewardship needs to grow too.
As a self-sustaining church, over 70% of our operating costs are funded by the annual stewardship campaign. Our 2026 operating budget is $906,000 and requires $600,000 in stewardship. This would fund more Religious Exploration staff, more Music Director hours, and increased ministerial compensation to reflect the demanding and sophisticated leadership a growing congregation of our size requires.
Stewardship is a spiritual practice that reminds us that our time, talent, and treasure are gifts that are meant to be shared. It is a creative process: together, we create our spiritual home from which inspiration, faith, service, and justice can spiral out into the larger world.
This campaign asks for pledges. You can pay that pledge anytime between now and June of 2026. Some find they can give more by setting up automatic weekly or monthly payments through their bank or our online portal (see below).
With growing membership, we hope that participating households will increase to over 200 this year (compared to 181 last year). With deepening engagement and participation, we hope that the average pledge will increase to $3,000 ($2,840 last year).
No gift is too large or too small. We hope everyone will participate at a level that's meaningful to them.
