Spring Birth Story Circle at First Parish in Lincoln

Kindly RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Feel free to share with friends! All are warmly welcome.

April 12, 7:30pm
The First Parish in Lincoln
Stearns Room
4 Bedford Rd (right across from the Lincoln library)
Sunday, April 12, 7:30-9pm

All are warmly invited to join local Doula Jacqueline Laferriere, CFSD, CBS (of Falling Water Doula Services) for an evening of sharing and listening to birth stories! Attendees are invited to share their birth story/stories or just listen to others and offer supportive presence. Whether your birth experience was joyful, difficult, or complicated (or all of the above), we need safe spaces to share these stories and reflect together in community. Pregnancy and childbirth is an intense and miraculous process that impacts and shapes us, body and soul. We carry our birth stories with us throughout our lives; sharing them with a supportive group can be cathartic, healing, validating, and empowering.

Hosted at the First Parish in Lincoln, an open & welcoming community church, and facilitated by our own doula Jacqueline, along with Rev. Kit Novotny, in a warm, welcoming space. Open to all women and birthing people. Babies in arms are welcome, but please leave older babies and children at home. We look forward to being together in this sacred circle.
