For all events planning to offer refreshments, please refer to the Catering Policies. 
All cost associated with the event, including but not limited to catering, paper products, and beverages are the sole responsibility of the hosting party.
The Lincoln Police Department will invoice the hosting party directly following the service.
Please submit payment of all other fees upon acceptance of the Agreement by The First Parish in Lincoln.
Agreement
The Host understands and agrees to abide by all Policies and Requirements for rentals at First Parish in Lincoln as posted on its website.
Liability statement:
By submitting this Application and Agreement the Host agrees to assume the responsility and legal liability for the above described event and to abide by all policies and requirements for rentals at First Parish in Lincoln as posted on its website upon acceptance of this Application/Agreement by First Parish in Lincoln. 
Additionally the Host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THe First Parish in Lincoln from any and all  claims for bodily injury or property damage that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and use of the premises.
